He was accompanied by pianist \u00c1ngel Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Villaz\u00f3n&#8217;s illustrious career has seen him perform on the stages of the world&#8217;s most prestigious opera houses, including the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, the Vienna State Opera, the Bavarian State Opera, the Royal Opera House in London, and the Salzburg Festival. His multifaceted talents extend beyond singing; he has also worked as a stage director and novelist. Villaz\u00f3n serves as an ambassador for the Salzburg Mozarteum Foundation and, since 2019, has held the position of artistic director for the Salzburg Mozart Week.
