UNAM and UTSA Renew Collaboration Agreement
The two institutions have committed to organizing conferences, symposia, and joint academic programs. These include collaborative supervision of graduate students and programs offering dual or simultaneous degrees. Additionally, they plan to pursue joint research projects, create electronic and print publications, and establish distance education initiatives.
President of UNAM, Leonardo Lomelí Vanegas, and President of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), Taylor Eighmy, led the signing ceremony at the Texas institution. They reaffirmed their dedication to collaborating on various areas of mutual interest to tackle the challenges posed by economic and knowledge globalization.
