Global Summit on Workplace Wellness

UNAM’s College of Psychology hosted the First International Congress on Occupational and Organizational Psychology, gathering professionals, academics, researchers, and students to promote workplace well-being initiatives.

The conference ran from October 21-23 in conjunction with the 16th Organizational Psychology Colloquium.

The event welcomed experts from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru, and the Czech Republic, who shared innovative strategies to improve workplace quality of life.

The program featured conferences, workshops, and panel discussions covering crucial topics, including workplace post-traumatic stress, best practices in occupational health, mental health care, and rehabilitation protocols.

This collaborative initiative showcased cutting-edge research and insights, contributing to the global dialogue on occupational psychology and supporting the development of healthier work environments.
